just like ex Ministers, MPs, MLAs and retired civil servants undertake liason works to clinch the contracts, speed up the process, land allottment, reduce the tax liability, etc. the former crickteers sell their knowledge of the game, the men and other matters!

Such guys bring shame to the country & sport-Shud have gone begging if they needed more money!!!!
i am no fan of these tainted cricketers nor if the IPL. I have never watched a single IPL match. but still feel that these cricketers have become a soft target. there are more serious offenses done by our loved netas all across the country, state, cities, District & village. But what happens to them they are scott free roaming with full police protection. Most of them have crime records which can put the biggest of goondas to shame. Delhi PC instead of protecting the citizens is more interested in these revelations as it is very much known that these will divert the entire media & public attn to the fixing and will save his skin(as everyone was asking for his resignation after the rapes in delhi)

when this beautiful game was founded, it was thought to be gentlemanly.now look where this game has taken itself after almost 125 years of its existence. i must admit that the game's reputation has been tarnished with the inclusion of asian teams, especially pak and then ind. and with the business houses controlling cricket, it has taken the game to a different non cricketing levels and that of making business. the ICC cant be a mute spectator when the very standards and ethics set by ex greats of the game is threatened. first step, chuck out IPL and any other club level business controlled cricket tours anywhere.
"BCCI is Private body, do not take fund from Govt... so RTI Act do not imply on us.."
If BCCI is a Private Body, then they have NO RIGHT to play for INDIA.. They should be immediately debar from the SPORTS category representing India as Sports Team.. All the employee of Govt from the Sport Quota from Cricket should be nullified..

You are right, but who will bell the cat? People like Sharad Pawar, Arun Jaitley are in the BCCI Board.
match fixing vl not end. as no one is bothered to clear the mess in ckt. every1 wants their pie of fixing money. ckt is now dead n its foolish to say that only these 3 cktrs of only 1 team-caught, r involved. its the systematic betting syndicate working with all team players inovlved in some way or the other. if players r not there then owners r there to fix matches. if franchisees r not involved then ipl commitee is involved who wants every franchisee to b happy.
