a specialist say wicket keeper, opening batsman, fast bwler, off spinners when he leads a team, he is les comfortable with other member of the same category!
similarly in politics a popular leader is less comfortable with another equally popular one but will be at ease and conmfortable with say specialist in finance, law, home, or generalist with flair for none and not likely to challenge him!
