Looks like SRK's new film is going to release soon and this is enough to bring him to limelight. As far his ban is concerned who cares whether it stays of is lifted. Once the decision was taken to ban him for 5 years, that MUST stay and there was no need to bring the issue to surface.
All the people showing misconduct at such places should be banned from entering the premises irrespective of his post and status. Zero tolerance to misconduct.
without putting a clause in the agreement , BCA can refuse his entry on their ground with their security force. Have they seen the cineme tickets which catagorily mention that the right of admission is reserved in the hands of theatre owners ? The same rule can apply to him .

SRK is a Double standard. Beacuse he popular, he has no right think everything is his right.
He showed this many times in his life, including his marrying a H'girl by converting him thru' "Love Jihad blackmail" !!
He feels "SUFFERER" in India as a mouselem !!!
He is a paki lover, keeps good relation with them and yet he never came up with condemnation of their attrocities on Hindus, especially H’ women in the hands of pakistani barbars!!!
He is a communal fanatic and the ban is justified for him !!!!
He is just a "Pauper" hungry for publicity and a dubious person with communally fanatic mindset.
MCA should ban Shahrukh permanently for ever unless he gives a written apology and an undertaking of his better and fair behaviour in future. He was fully responsible last time and the guard was perfectly right in performing his duties. He didnt behaved badly with any of the person including Shahrukhs daughter as wrongly alleged by Shahrukhkhan. Such liars and dramabaaz people should be banned from entering MCA venue for ever unless they change their attitude and behaviour.
