Call it a circus or by any name u like.... We love IPL cricket. And, we'll sure support it. Evenings suddenly look so boring and we're clueless how to spend them once IPL gets over. It has stood the test of time 5 seasons and I'l sure, it'll do so in future too. IPL has given many a players in the twilight of their careers a new lease of life and a lot of cushion (money) to fall back on retiring. Let the organisers learn (copy, in other words) a few tricks from Big Bash League like, blinking stumps / bails on dislocation, nice coloured uniforms (a change is badly required as CSK uniform just resembles a cement bag very much), more coverage for paying spectators, etc.,
This guy is going to learn a very hard lesson - when he is ignored for the next several years, and loses out on the megabucks.
All the Sri Lankan zealots who praise him today will not lift a finger to help him financially when his career is over, and he has not much to show for it!

quite surprised how he got the offer in the 1st place.. he is never a good T20 player..
