Rahane without a doubt is a talented batsmen but he appears to lack some important ingredients required to perform as a top flight cricketer,Rahane has poor body language as a batsmen, can get ruffled stirred by sledging, comes across as someone not mentally strong, when playing international cricket you will invariably get tested on the above and at times those above qualities would make the difference between performing at top level and not so performing, surprising too soft and to see that he lacks those skills particularly coming from Bombay.
it is the rumour that rahane is a very good massager and this person is very well known for cutting the hair and shaving in his village. so BCCI appointed him as professional massager and also water supplier for DHONI and co.

ok so for rahane it is mumbai mafia and for raina it is our chennai superstar. thats great. lets have only csk player representing india then. Send current team back home. dnt forget raina also got huge chances before coming to this stage. Rahane is waiting for first chance. ANd if raina is future prospect then what is rahane? 40 yr player waiting for debut??

remember ur rohit also got more chances. agreed raina failed in england so did ur gr8 master plaster, raina gets confidence if he plays on home soil whereas rahane is going to getout on duck for sure. if u want rahane to play then tell ur great player to retire. he he

bowl a faster to raina 1inch high than chestheight and the talent can be judged. he is good for indian flat pitches. even you can also take his wicket, though from your comments it looks like you never played cricket ever. agree for rohit sharma. he doesnt desrve another chance but rahane does desrve it and should not made to sit outside just bc raina is from csk. and god sake dont compare raina with t'kar. knowing that even raina will do suicde in embarsment.

csk jadeja/ vijay / ashwin are part of indian team coz they are son-inlaws of bcci top goon crook srinivasan who happens to be csk owner... indian team is looking more and more csk with 6 players...

Arvin, you have no right to raise such allegations. What proof do you have that these 3 messages are from same person? Looks like the spelling of cricket for you is SACHIN that is why you are not able to digest the truth that most of the people have started writing against him. People have started speaking against him because he has taken things for granted. He thinks the game is his property. He has forgotten that he is because of the sport called cricket not vice versa. The often proven not made for tests RAINA will get preference...yet again. He will score in this test big time and make it to SA..only to dance to the chin music and fail on the bouncy pitches there.
It makes sense to include both Rahane and Raina for the fourth test. With Dhawan out include Rahane.For Raina, drop Tendulkar. I think Raina is good enough for 30 runs, which Sachin is scoring now
