I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U. I AM VERY HAPPY IF THIS YOUNG BRIGADE PERFORM WELL AGAINST THE BEST PACE ATTACK AT PRESENT. LET US WAIT AND SEE. TEAM INDIA IS BADLY IN NEED OF GOOD TEST PLAYERS. SA TOUR WILL BE REAL ACID TEST FOR TEAM INDIA.

He is a flop wicketkeeper also in last 3 series where dropped many catches. He has no overseas century outside subcontinent in any format of game after playing 7 yrs of cricket while even batsman like kumble/agarkar has overseas century batting at no.9. Dhoni Overseas test captaincy record- Win-5, Loss- 10, Draw-06 Win includes Bng, WI, NZL, Slk

When and where ? Please sepcify one innings overseas of Dhoni which helped India win or draw from a bad situation.

All wicketkeeper batsman Mclumn, Deviler, sangarkara, Prior, Ramdin etc has overseas century(outside subcontinent) except for dhoni

What Gambhir said is true. these two have proved this for many years. All these Vijay and Dhawan are one series wonders.

yes the way people gambhir and sehwag have proved last 2-3 yrs. is really great....there muralis and pujaras and dhawans are making triple century double century stands....sehwag and gambhir rarely fare so badly...

Yeah great show - openers in a nation not even having scored 1 century in 2 years - of course their performance is laudable.They should be inducted in the WISDEN hall of fame.

exactly !vijay record before this series pathetic as opener!let us watch & see becos they r good against weak bowling attack.pls dont compare this chamchas of dhoni with the great legends like sehwag & gambir.first let them prove themselves prove against quality attack.pls dont forget stalwarts like tendulkar,dravid,kumble,kapildev,ganguly,sehwag & laxman.
