Discussion on BCCI extends Fletcher's contract by a year

Looks like Fletcher is the only coach who got a long coaching contract without doing anything at all.

Maybe BCCI just wants a namesake coach and not a real coach.

Some of the dead weight had to be offloaded from the team. ANd Flecter can't be blammed for their failures. Now the real game starts.
