Harbhajan- The end.
by raja gaur on Mar 29, 2013 08:45 AM  | Hide replies

Harbhajan Singh and Sehwag are past their expiry date label. Keep giving them chances and what happens to newcomers. Kiran More should talk sense.

HAD BAD POLITICS BY DHONI & COMPANY ISN'T THERE..THE FOURS-YUVI,GAUTI, VIRU AND BHAJJI WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE.
AND TO SAY ABT THE STANDARD OF INDIAN PITCHES IN THE RECENT SERIES, ANY NORMAL PLAYER (EVEN FROM A MOHALLA CRICK TEAM) COULD DO BETTER THERE- AUSSIES' & INDIAN TAILENDERS' PERFORMANCE IS THE CONCRETE EXAMPLE-
DELIBERATELY THESE PLAYERS WERE LEFT OUT SO THAT THEY COULDN'T MAKE THEIR COMEBACK.
LET THE SERIES ON FOREIGN SOIL BEGIN...WE ALL WILL SEE THE "NAZAARA" OF THIS CAPTAIN AND HIS CHOICE OF BOYS...

Sachin's success mantra
by naveen akash on Mar 14, 2013 10:55 PM  | Hide replies

1) Mumbai media - the national media is dominated by mumbaikars who will do any thing to promote their man even if he is a villain
2)our nation - Our nation looks more on quantity and those who please them - Eg- ploliticians. Our country loves sachin,s lousy, lifeless 100s rather than sehwags match winning hundreds
3)retirement of greats of 70s and 80s - late eighties and early nineties marked the retirement of indian greats of 70s and eighties and India left with no cricketing hero and left to admire at this lowly talented sachin (remeber one eyed man being a king in blind kingdom)
4)Corporates - Corporates who are the worst enemies of our country after our politicians, have pumped a lot of money on tendulkar to promote their products do not want to loose their investment they have made on this tendu.
This fake hero (villain) must meet with accident and break his leg or he wont go out, neither will bcci drop him

I sincerely hope you die in a road accident or come under the wheels of a train. And in that accident i hope your face gets so twisted that your family wont be able to recognise you. And hopefully the BMC will throw your body in a gaarbage dump.

India is ruled by old, even if inefficiencies exist. And there is a young group which want these oldies to be there, no matter about their performance. When everybody march forward, we are proud marching backward.

That is the fate our country. I sincerely hope that Sachin doesnt score a ton this match as otherwise we will loose. I am more bothered about nation than Sachin.

Sachin a selfish egg
by naveen akash on Mar 14, 2013 10:44 PM  | Hide replies

Sachin tendulkar has always played cricket for personal glory at the cost of the team. he has been the most selfish of the indian players aiming at personal records alone. look what has happend to sehwag - team wanted him to open the innings. did so for the team for so many years and has been the greatest match winning batsman India has ever seen, Now that his reflexes are slowdown wants to bat in the middle order, and this selfish egg sachin continues to play denying sehwag the deseving opportunity to bat in the middle order. Even selectors are biased. they ishant, and tendu have not performed for such a long time, they are still in the team. Look at their performances from England tour. Virender sehwag the greatest batsman ever has been wrongly treated

sehwag got what he deserved. SRT has on many ocassions been guilty of aiming for personal records, even though he claims that it means nothing to him. the result - a whole lot of meaningless stats and records that nobody but his fans and he himself care about.

He must respect the aging phenomenon
by pradeep agarwal on Mar 14, 2013 06:06 PM  | Hide replies

We have been created by Almighty with certain genetic traits that are true for all.Aging affects the mind & body which at best can be delayed by controlled diet & exercise.Sachin shows tell tale sign of aging & should gracefully exit from international cricket. His footwork & reflexes are failing him regularly against quality attacks.he has set very high standards for himself & should not allow occasional innings of 70'5-80's dictate the call to retire. He should allow Veeru to take his legitimate slot at number-4 for stability of middle order

why sachin is great
by mahesh kamale on Mar 14, 2013 05:38 PM  | Hide replies

1) his consistency -- vinod kambli had made 2 double centuries in first 14 test but where he is now

2) he has made good runs on australian bouncy wickets

3) he is not selfish, if he is selfish then he would not have been takne retirement from ond day cricket before completing half century of centuries

4)ricky ponting is great but he is not humble like sachin means sachin is greatest than ricky

5)he was not dying to retain as captain as saurav ganguly did

6)if average is criteria then only jack qualis can comete with him

7)test cricket record will not be broken in next 50 years because test cricket will get less priority

8) he is best in both format of cricket

To prove his greatness you are comparing him Luccha Kambi to 3rd Grade Ganguly.Had Sachin been great you would have compared him only with true greats. Anyways get your logics better before making it a point.
