angrez have players of india, SA, Ireland, etc. And they are kept as long they are needed for domination.

Look at field hockey, Ghoras in order to win and dominate changed entire format of game to support more athletic players with lesser skills. while dribble artist were knocked down in Euro style game of pass fast , run fast and hit fast. No time to block and hit or block and dribble. More like ice hockey. same is applicable for Basketball, rugby, etc.
