jadeja the spinner.
by vinay on Mar 05, 2013 11:42 PM

jadeja was instrumental in getting crucial wkts n it was a beauty of left armer's delivery to get clark clean bowled thru his defence. n he had a brilliant runout as well.

jadeja the batter hasnt done well compared to his domestic performances at intnl level, but as a bowler is doing rather well.
guys, if given time, jadeja improves his batting,it vl b a real bonus to ind that v may hv good bowling allrounder.

v hv many batting allrdr but v need good bowling allrdr who primarily takes wkts consistently.

Yes, that was the turning point. And what a Superb Delivery it was. It was a perfect left arm spin and I have not sen such an accurate delivery oflate.Bravo Jadeja.
Unlike y'day in case of Sachin, today Clarke was clearly out nicking Ishant. But probably looking at Dhni's reaction, Dharmasena negated the appeal ....and Clarke.... didnot walk!!
Great win, therefore.

You are really daft to say this...they showed the snicko-meter where there was no snick, whereas in the case of Sachin there was clearly a snick. Dont exaggerate everything....learn to be a sport you nitwit

what the?

A win is win. This was a game of cricket to anyone who disputes the quality of pitches or the win. If indian team would have lost in australia in a similar fashion the general perspective of there press would be bashing bcci and team india for extremely poor performance but when they come to india they start making noise about pitches and turners. These are good batting pitchesfor both the team and any team who scores less than 350-400 on these batting pitches cannot hide behind an escuse. Both team had spinners and it's just that our indian team outplayed them. CONGRAT'S team INDIA!!!! Every team is strong in thier backyard and so is team india.

Waste

We have wasted one position of bowler by including Harbhajan in the team. When Jadeja succeeded in bowling, there was no doubt that Oza could have done wonders as he is far superior bowler than both Ashwin and Jadeja. Harbhajan did not take a wickt in the second inning but did not give runs as other two had put pressure on Australian batsmen. We should drop Sehwag and Bhajji for the third test and bring in young players.

Quotes from presentation "Really happy about it," says Cheteshwar Pujara, the Man of the Match. "There was a bit of pressure on me. I just got married, and my wife was worried I should perform. We knew that the new ball would do a bit....whoa...what was that again?
