CONGRATS..BUT ITS TOO EARL TO SAY...!!
by blessen george on Mar 05, 2013 11:51 PM

Congrats Team India...lets enjoy...but a small message: Do not be complacent about these two wins..the next is in Mohali which suits the pacers and Australia will bounce back very hard...but kudos to the team...!!

Over next 1 year India will play SA, NZ and Eng in 10 away tests. That will really let you know how good this team is and how good is MSD. Out of his 22 wins, only three (one each in NZ, SA and WI) have come outside the subcontinent. NZ and WI are teams on decline already..so stats do not always tell the real picture

by THOMAS SEBASTIAN on Mar 05, 2013 03:43 PM  | Hide replies

Our team wins abroad, its no great shakes. These spinners are able to spin the kukaburra ball on pitches in Aus, SA, Eng etc and Batsmen dig in and negotiate pace bounce and movement to put up decent totals , we cannot rejoice wins in Home conditions.

Murli Vijay is waste
by Basavaraja on Mar 05, 2013 02:32 PM  | Hide replies

Murli Vijay is an waste fellow. See he can't able to converted 167 run into double century. See Pujara how he convert 1 50 to 100 to 150 to 200. If someone give 167 run to our Robin Utappa means he easily hit an double century.

All wicket taken by Ashwin is fluke, sometime ball slip from finger and they call it carrom ball. Dhoni is simply come and play like baseball and he get run by edge and sometime meat of bat. It is lucks only.

It all because of that Srikantha my friend. They only selected Chennai peoples in team.

Srikantha is angry me.

come out of your state bias and think like an Indian. Who perfoms well needs accolades. I have been critical of Vijay as he plays lot of ODI shots but the way he anchored the innings and stayed put with Pujara took the game away from Aus. That's important. At least he made his innings count. He is not in the league of a Dravid or a VVS, but surely he played when it was required. Whether he will continue as opener for a longer period will be dependent on his consistency.

Why should anyone give 167 runs to Robin? Cant he score them by himself?

If you are given a chance you will say any wicket taken by anyone who is not from Karnataka will be a fluke.

It's absolutely correct Engish, Hari. Besting means overtaking someone who has been the best. As Saurav had the highest number of wins, Dhoni has bested Saurav.

nowadays the pitch in Mohali has slowed down considerably. No longer a fast bowling pitch. So, the same pace-spin combo is required. How can Pattinson be out and Siddle be playing?
