Instead of a 5 day test match it should be one day per team, 2 innings 100 overs and no restriction on overs per bowler.This way we can always get results.
There is no way of series in England all the test matches will be draw either washed out due to rain...wrong decision of ICC.....will lost interest in Test cricket..... mind it...... ICC

They can conduct between mid july to october,still cold for players but harldy any rains.
