India as the Champion of Champios begin their tri-series campaign on a confident note. It is to the credit of young new side that they have achieved a very tough task of winning the CT in such a short period of time. With pressure of expectations mounting maintaining at the top however is the real challenge and is going to be even tougher although for a young side playing fearless cricket the prospects but looks good. After the grand CT win it is very good opportunity for the players to further strengthen their performances towards cementing a permanent place for themselves with the 2015 WC in mind. The proud selectors on the other hand must be keeping a close watch on couple of players. Rohit Sharma must be one such player who although by and large delivered as opener in the CT needs to come up with some big knock . He will be watched more for his approach and temperament rather than for skill for playing a longer innings converting 30s into a big score, even a century. Raina didn’t have adequta opportunity and this could be the ideal platform to regain his past big scores. He will be tested with short pitch deliveries for sure on the bouncy tracks and needs to come good putting all doubts in the minds of selectors. On the bowling front Umesh Yadav has the ideal conditions to get into rhythm of good line &length disciplined bowling cutting off those short ball drifting on to the pads The most experienced bowler IS needs to silence the usual charge

You mean to say don't elect them if they contest an election like people did Azhar.
Sanjay Manjrekar very rightly said it is Dhoni's Team and Dhoni now praise the each member for congratulating other.................Dhawan & Rohit must have to deliver to continue India's victory habit

. Only foolish people can support Kartik, who is a wicket keeper, forcefully playing as a full time batsman
Very weird, a full time and much talented batsman like Pujara and Rahane have to compete with Kartik and bribe giver Rohit.....funny.
Rohit is nothing, even I.Pathan and R.Jadeja has better avg per ODI. What a ....!
