Shift

Mr. Kundra should now permanently shift to UK like Mr. Lalit Modi and do betting of all sorts from there, for he was born in UK to do betting, where it is legal.

Different yeardsticks for Mayyappan (CSK) vs Kundra (RR
by Arvind KS on Jun 10, 2013 05:32 PM  | Hide replies

Different yeardsticks for Mayyappan (CSK) vs Kundra (RR).

Both have been engaged and partly found guilty, so why not CSK boss also been suspended (only becuase he is the boss of BCCI as well, but conflict of interest is not a valid word in BCCI dictionary).

The law under which Kundra got suspended, also have a provision that if a member or the owner found engaged in unlawful things that might bring disrepute to the game the owner and frnachise can be penalized.

So, RR and Kundra penalized, but CSK not.

In several instances of DISGRACE & SHAME for this nation, the IPL/BCCI autonomoy is baffling in the country of democratic republic sanctity.

Indeed Arvind, you are right, BCCI does have different yardstick for Kundra and Guru.

Media was cursing Guru to the core, jumping from sky to earth. but till now Media has been so good to Kundra and they didnt say anything against him.

Kundra and his team players did admit their involvement, but still Kundra remains a free bird. Guru did admit, though there was no evidence against his players in fixing, but he was behind the bars. Its easy to understand which is highly humiliating / shameful - behind the bars or just getting expelled from the organization.

its well-known that IPL is an entertainment event and these betting at the owner / management level is kinda expected. if the whole nation is crazy and serious about IPL, there should be more protests & burning of effigies in Delhi and Pune.

just because 3 players were caught, these news cropped up and if not the case, these type of UNDERSTANDING among the team management / owners might have happened day-in day-out.

chill out mate ...

kundra is shilpa's husband. n owner of rr team. so either suspend kundra n shilpa bothn drop his team rr. else no meaning.

Dude, Spare us the laugh. He has clearly accepted betting and hence he has been dismissed by the BCCI from the franchise.

boss, Kundra shud b grateful to BCCI in not spending a single second behind the bars, unlike guru, inspite of Kundra's confession. its indeed a joke that he is free from being charged.
