I dont understand why people are so Critical of Dhoni...... Being rich is not a Crime..... As captain he backs the players like no other captain can do...... His strength is that he doesnt believe or bother in what others say..... he believes in himself.....

News channels are getting ads from different sources and hence have conflict of interest in objective, fair news coverage of these sources / entities.
Kirti Azad may be aggrieved that he has not been given any plum position in BCCI or IPL and hence may have conflict of interest when giving interviews about hugely successful and money making Dhoni.
In rediff columns one guy sarcastically suggested that if Ambati Rayudu, Manoj Tiwari etc. pay percentage to Dhoni then they may be selected. But this guy does not know to ask why Ambati Rayudu is not playing Ranji Trophy matches for Hyderabad or why Tiwari was not given many chances in the playing XI of KKR this year.
If you include Amit Mishra, people may shout why Piyush Chawla is omitted. If you exclude Sehwag, people may shout why Tendulkar is continued with. If you give chance to a Murali Vijay, people will clamour for the inclusion of Mandeep Singh, Manish Pandey, Robin Uthappa...
This is a country of 120 crores people with 240 crores opinions.
I salute Dhoni for having done his best not to get provoked (at least until now) to react. Move on with the game dear, down memory lane people will see more of your contribution to a different style of captaincy, leadership, sporting spirit than the clutter of news reports and blogs.

I agree totally with you. There are many jealous persons who want to pull him down - they should stop it! Why was not draavid captain of RR grilled? Strange, since 6 of his team players are involved accepting/refusing spot-fixing!!

Dhoni created a a supporting group within the National Cricket Team and then within the IPL and within the National Team Selection membrs!
Srinivasan gone to the extent of making Dhoni VP of his Company! Then Dhoni launched his own Company that closely collaborated with Srinivasan!
In the meanwhile, whosoever bombarded with Dhoni found the exit gate of Cricket life! He destroyed plenty of talents! Then he picked up everybody to the National Team who worked for his bank account! He got many valuable gifts including foreign cars and innumerable gifts which never happened to talented players like Sachin! Dhoni also made the National Team another Chennai Team! He was a good captain only kill the good players! Now, he is keeping notoriosly silent! That itself is a clear signal that he is the big fish that the Delhi police can touch - may be he might have bought them many years ago!
One thing is very clear - if he has many supporters in the very influencial circle - it also clear that he is higly corrupt!! Dhoni's dealings for the last 5 years should be investigated including his team selection and if any players have given his any gift fr that reason! People have a right to know his real face!

For no reason some ppl in Chennai are feeling hurt if something is written against the "real" business of Srini and Dhoni as if Dhoni is p/o Chennai life! In fact, most of the ppl who purchased tickets to see Dhoni's performances were from Chennai! In otherwords, most ppl who got cheated was also from Chennai! Dhoni and Srini were cheating ppl of Chennai! Then, ppl from Chennai is offended if somebody write something about Sri and Dhoni? That is not reasonable! You ppl should talk on behalf of the ppl of Chennai! Do not misrepresent them here in this forum!

Guys please don't talk nonsense, especially cricketers wife. Also please don't speculate without any proof. Dhoni has been a very good servant of Indian cricket team, whoever were shown the exit door from the cricket team is based on their performance. Name one cricketer who's career has been destroyed by Dhoni.
