The decision of Mumbai High court is a solid slap on the face of Srinivasan who managed to appoint two ex Judges of Madras High court known to his Advocate for a probe in the matter involving him and his son in law and not included any of the member in the team to probe. In future such people will think twice before taking such decision and will not dare to take every one for granted.
Looks like rejection is based on Technical grounds and not based on the facts. An amendment / producing some back dated resolution can resolve the technical clearance
But this rejection gives a negative message as if those 2 member panel findings/facts are wrong, it is a just a mere hype and publicity
