BCCI sits on public land for stadia but refuses to be under national sports policy. Govt. should cancel lease of all lands given to BCCI and ask it to pay commercial rates if they want to retain the land. BCCI would then be truly independent and can rightfully claim to be a private institution. Obviously, a private institution can not have national sounding name and will have to change its name. What happens to cricket in India? Who will actually govern it? Let ICC and Govt of India decide.

People wonder why our so called "personally honest with high integrity" Prime Minister not do anything on BCCI. If BCCI is a private body as they claim, how can the BCCI team be called the "INDIAN TEAM" playing for India? Our politicians belonging to all parties are all involved in the dirty game going on in the name of Cricket.
Bombay high court has at last shown the BCCI its right place. BCCI thought they are above law of land. Its quite surprising how the retired judges accepted the appointment on illegal panel?

One should not read too much into this report: this is NOT a judgement by the court, but is merely an "observation", and it is very carefully spelt out leaving enough loopholes in it, for Mr Srinivasan to "exploit" with his money power! The court has not pronounced any "verdict", but has merely "opined" that the probe panel was "apparently" not constituted as per BCCI's rule books, and has left the implementation of the panel report to BCCI! Our systems suck!

Dear bro they r shameless ..money speaks..money rules..later people will forget the scandle.now ind won series in Zim.mind will divert .Aaam admi is foolish crazy abt time waste cricket
N.Srinivasan is in collusion with MK for various illegal activities and MK has powerful influence with the Central Government. Thus N.S. enjoys power and hopes to get away with all the shenanigans. Hopefully the legal system and the law of the land will prevail.
India once again proved constitution is not equal to all in the society. BCCI panel blatantly gave one sided resolution, when the whole world is aware of Srinivasan and CSK mis deeds and antisocial acitvities. If we as indians dont try to over turn our country will become a laughing stock to the outside world. Our image is tarnished and confidence is all time low bcoz of this babus and bureaucrats and their wrong acts. We are a great cricket loving nation, in the name of the game we are blind folded and turned the cricket to a betting game. lets all vote for no more ipl series and terminate the existing franchises.cancel the contracts with players, broadcasting agencies. It has become a tamasha to watch gambling at high places.

Srini probably thought that just as Congress gets away using its pet CBI, he can also get away using BCCI appointed probe panel. Wonder why two learned retired judges accepted the BCCI assignment in the first place.

1. What NS says that is recorded as LAW of BCCI. 2. What NS does that is taken as the most HONEST and TRANSPARENT ACT of BCCI. 3. What NS thinks that is BIBLE and accepted unequivocally by 31 BOARD MEMBERS of BCCI. 4. NS can do anything to remain in POWER in BCCI with silent support of BOARD MEMBERS.
