Will the deceptive players from delhi such as Kohli and Dhawan play bigger role. We did pass on some batting strategy tips to delhi like we did for every big city but wrong people like kohli, gambhir and dhawan got hold of it. All this because delhi has web of punjus everywhere and the rest dont have much chances unlike Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkatta. Even Amit mishra the purabia had to take haryana route.

.India has capacity to produce lot more Tendulkars and gavaskars. I would like india to produce many basketball Le Bron James and Micheal Jordan as well !! in cricket, We have great legendary spinner like ragavan, chandrashekar and prasanna. In pace, we need micheal holding and malcom marshalls. We can do it. Not many people are gifted as tendulkar and gavaskar. The current crop of batsmen are not there where tendulkar was when he had young nerves. He could do the job on any foot. I am writing what people have commented elsewhere. )Tendulkar like gavaskar is gem at backfoot..not everyone is there at their level as such they need to better themselves in rest of aspects such as front foot. Now since SRT slows down..he need to focus on aspects he never had to consider before. To the openers. There will be occasion to time the ball well for the shots. If the batsmen watch closely we taught a strategy to delhi batting to push the attack away by wisely acting at front foot...wisely also means be wise with yorker..once the attack is pushed back...batsmen cannot be cage

batsmen cannot be caged into back foot and they have time to play..swing and spin both need delay and rapid action when there is proper timing. ..so it seems Delhi batting is forgetting this(or doing deception on purpose) and so the rest. dont follow correct strategy. After all this front foot and backfoot skills comes wiseness with short pitch bballs..it takes some guts..timing and lot of ddiscretion to leave or act..

Do not give more opportunities to Rohit Sharma. His time is over. Manoj Tiwary is most unfortunate player not to get chance in spite of scoring a ton in the only match he played last season. Selectors keep him on bench and drop him next without mentioning reason for his exit. Rahane, Poojara, Shikar should also be given enough opportunities. Amit Mishra and Ashwin both should be in playing eleven.

if rohit to be dropped from ODI then why politician MSD not to be dropped from T-20 international.
He has played 42 t-20 international(max by any player in world) but still no Man of the match or match winning inning or single fifty even though he keeps manipulating his batting position. Also his strike rate is very low at 109.
His slow batting caused many losses in 2009/2010 T-20 wcup.
Also last 3 consecutive wcups- India out in 1st round under his captaincy. India has lost more than 70% matches in this format in last 4 years against good teams. On what basis MSD is continued in t-20 intnl as a player & captain?

I would love to see each team playing against all the other teams in the world cup(as in 1992)and qualify for the semi finals.
What is a world cup if a team for eg. India may not get a chance to play Sri Lanka or any other opposite group team who do not qualify for the last eight...

Pak has never won against India in world cup.
Under dee ganggs instruction dhobi will fix the match & lose it so that the betting racket owned by dee will earn thousands of crores.remaining matches will be fixed so as india reaches semis.
every body can note this down.

Good to see WC fixtures .
Surely we can do good .

Technically good players like Pujara , Rahane
should be groomed for the mega event from now itself as pitches there will have lot of bounce & swing & not like Indian wickets as in WC 2011 .

India in WC 2015
by priyankush ghosh on Jul 30, 2013 11:26 AM

India face tricky start to their campaign..two strong teams pakistan and south africa in the first two matches . its good though that they would be accustomed to playing in australia before world cup due to their series with australia . India also may want to top the group as that means their last two matches along with their quarter finals are in new zealand so that they also cut short on the travelling time between australia and new zealand . but having said that india actually would prefer playing in australia more than new zealand as the small new zealand grounds may cause havoc for our spinners and also to some extent weak pace bowlers .. what i am trying to say that whether MSD or virat captains the side it would be india's preferential startegy to chase runs by virtue of their superior best batting line up of the world. But if bowlers give plenty in small New zealand grounds , things may go out of control of the batsmen every time .So the tricky part of india's campaign would be whether they prefer to stay first or second in the group .if second they come to adelaide oval which is very suited to them.
