Mishra in test cricket

Amit mishra is a great leg spinner , he nee dto turn the ball a bit more , he has got a googly too. He need to ball slighty flatter trajectory , and turn sharp .He gives the ball a little more air , the ball turns , but not as sharp to beat the bat . Fielding also needs improvement .

Indian team is already settled with ashwin & Jadeja.
Indian team can have another spinner like mishra & Ojaha .
I think ojha is better.
Don't be overzealous to recommend a northener whose performance against last grade team in one days.

If only he was selected vs England instead of Bhajji , India would have won the Test series.

Mishra must be a regular in the Test Squad . He is only 30 and average age of retirement of a spinner is 38 years ( Muralitharan , Kumble , Warne ) while Vettori , Swann , Harbhajan are in early 30's and still can contribute hugely . So taking these stats , Mishra must be included in Test Team . Most importantly , all teams with the exception of India , have had a torrid time tackling leg spin bowling. He is talented and can contribute with little cameos at no 8 position .I think he is more talented than Ashwin , who is a more uni dimensional bowler , having only a carrom ball to boast .

does mishra deserve a call to test

while no doubt mishra has improved but must not be forgotten against zimbabwe. While I am not doubting his ability it is his bad luck that ashwin and Jadeja is doing a fine job. Unless there is utter failure from these two, I have my doubts he would in test

Eating Idli sambar, you have a diarhea of words but constipation of ideas.....Ashwin is a flop bowler (nobody needs his batting). He is there only because of that cheat Srinivasan and CSK connection. Dhoni, Kohli are in a different league.

Also, incidentally....your own comment above praises Jadeja. The moment I say Ashwin is useless, your regional bias comes up and Jadeja becomes over rated.

Spinners are like wine. More they mature better they become. Should be taken in Indian team only when they reach 26 years at least after gaining considerable experience in domestic circuits- then they can play till 35
