Rotation policy is a very good move....with more than pride involved in sport these days it is the Nations best resources at any time which will be key for success.... look at the Indian team these days.. it is in a transitionery phase... how did this happen? only because we did not groom resources at frequent intervals... the big names of the last 2 decades are all gone... and it will take a whole lot of time to groom a new bunch... it makes more sense to have a strength of 30-40 players who can be rotated all the time and the best lot selected for the best of the events.... all good players have bad times, but in the long run a parallel should always be maintained though he may be not as good....just take it that your best player has got some injury and has been rested when a replacement is tested....

dhoni waiting for another washing from Aus. in 2007 ODI series also aus thrashes india at home by 4-2 margin & dhoni was captain. Dhoni will not try to improve his avg against England B team taking advantage of weak bowling attack, flat wickets & home umpiring to improve his avg. he knows he will be big flop against aus in test & t-20 intnl as always

aus won 2007 odi series and dhoni was captain..we lsto 2-4 but the 2 wins were thanks to dhoni who made a century helping india put a target of 350 runs and a 70 plus score in a chase where 3 early wickets fell...so again it was dhoni because of whom we won and sachin of course was a total failure in those 6 matches as usual...
also in the test series dhonis team india whitewashed pontings aussie side...
