Get Ganguly & Kumble both as batsman and bowling coaches as they will make a good team to motivate our new young generation of cricketers as well as our spin section will improve.

and VVS runnig between wickets coach. ktka dravid slip drop coach.kiran more wk coach, wasim jaffer opener coach, amre middle order coach, javagal fielding coach, prased fast bowling coach
Get this guy as India coach. He won't do worser than Fletcher. And considering the type of a backroom guy that he is and also considering that he is a very smart and thinking person, he might be the tonic India needs. He always has an eye on the best interests of Indian cricket. Get him as coach

I do agree, that we should give hounour and respect towards our seniour players, who had really contributed to Indian Cricket.
