India T-20 and ODI Dhoni should be retained as captain for T-20 and ODI. Gambhir should be dropped from T-20 and ODI
India Test Side Saurav Ganguli should be made non playing captain of the Test side Laxman should be called back Jadeja should be included in test side too. Raina, Dhoni, Yuvraj, Ashwin should be dropped from the test side.

Wasim Jaffer and Amol Mazumdar and Kaif for batting and Murali Kartik should be the spinner in the Test Team along with Ojha.

Any one out of form for a long span should be dropped and Gautam is not an exceptional, he should also be treated the same as Sehwag.........When a player representing his country he should have all shots in his book and every time he fails to deliver shows totally forgot his cricket

India should rest out of form players like Ishant, Gambhir, Ajinkya etc & give Irfan, Pujara, Murali Vijay also opportunity to play. There should be some sort of a rotation policy by which our bench strength will be as good as the main team, just as the Aussies & South Africans.

The selectors should select all players from CSK except the foreigners. Team India does not need the rest. It will be just the IPL.
