Such a shame for us, who were known for their spinners. We had one of the worst spinners in Bhajji played for years and now we got Ashwin, who is deffinately better then Bhajji but not that great..

WHy bhajji was not great!! IF he helps india to won the match then everyone will be happy and if india lose then criticise .. Why it is So???
The fact is England is lot better prepared, hard working and committed with dedication to their cricket and determined to do well in India. And we're exactly opposite at this time..
Almost all of our players are way too wealthy, living with the best of the best luxury and have forgotten the things like hard work, practise etc..
Just compare Yuvi, Sehwag, Gambhir or Yuvi with their tummy hanging out to Cook, Bell or KP-the frontline english players..
Players like Gambhir, Yuvraj, Dhoni know that they got millions of dollars now and they can live happily forever without playing a cricket or working anymore..

debutant root can bowl better then our ashwin... what a shame!

Yes, that will happen in a few years. Then, you will like that team to be replaced by the next A team. Because, our cricketers are invested heavily by media and they have a term to serve before a another good player come in. We do not play Cricket. It is our business, be it good or bad.
Till the next world cup, even if India loses all the matches, still they will be called the world champions. This has got into the minds of Indian cricket team and affecting their effort.
