one of our fellow user of rediff blog wrote that WASIM AKRAM WAS GIVING TIPS BEFORE MATCH TO PAKISTAN PLAYERS. AND INDIAN CRICKETERS TALK AFTER MATCH.
i just want to tell that OUR FORMER CRICKETERS HAVE TRIED TO GIVE TIPS TO CURRENT PLAYER BEFORE MATCH. NOW THE TRAGEDY IS THAT OUR CURRENT CRICKETERS THINKS THAT THEY ARE SUPERIOR THEN FORMER CRICKETERS. SO WHY SHOULD ONE PUT THEIR SELF RESPECT ON STACK.

Mr. Srninvasan, Mr. Shukla all are businessman, they know how to earn more money, and only money matters for them. Actually the officials of BCCI should be the combination of formar cricketers and administrators, here no former crickets in bcci official, all formar cricketers have been appointed in different different committee, whose role is only to submit report, final decision will be taken by officials only, varios committee cant enforce their decision on them.
Mr Sunny is right Indian players they are making loads of money from ipl they are not giving 100percent when they are playing for country and are in desperate for minimum 2 quality all rounders like Shane Watson and kallis

Watson and Kallis,. these cricketers are earning more money from IPL like tournaments then their respective board pay them, BUT STILL THEY HAVE MORE DEDICATION OVER CRICKET, THEY GIVE MORE TIME FOR PRACTICE, THEN COMMERCIAL AD CAMPAIGN.
i want to ask our cricketers, when you are earning more money from IPL. why you need more money that you need to do advertisment in lieu of cricket practice?

Basically our team selection is wrong we have should 3 different teams for T20 ,50/50 & Test There are players who are playing all 3 formats of game for eg. Dhoni,Gambhir,Shewag,Ashwin,Kohli,etc so we should have T20 different team , Test & Oneday can be clubbed to some limit in that sense many players we also good opportunity ,Dhoni sholud take responsibilty in Oneday ,T20 sholud be given to Kohli or Raina & Test give to Sehwag ,we have to try this way ,how many test we have lost in last yr 12 , Oneady alsow e have dropped our performance .
Mr.Srinivasan the board president is the main culprit for the terrible desester of Indian cricket. He doesn't have any good idea to improve Indian cricket but always has a eye how to get more money and more business from cricket.He always wants Chennei super king to convert as Indian team. He has given unnessary freedom to Dhoni.Srinivasan,Rajeev Sukla etc. do not know the A,B,C,D of cricket and they are on the high position. They always interfare on selection process. Former cricketer like Kapil dev,Gavaskar should be in Indian board who has the passion for cricket and always want india to do well in International cricket.
