Gone. Another from that rare breed. It was a pleasure to listen to him along with those great ones like John Arlott, Brian Johnston, Henry Bloefeld and others. RIP.
It is indeed sad that one of the best cricket commentators is not with us. I always remember his crisp remarks on the happenings in the ground. Listening to his radio commentary was a joy those days. We will miss u CMJ. Gopal
It is very saddening to hear of one of the best known cricket commentators of all times having passed away. I clearly remember having spent a lot of time in my teens listening to very wise comments from this gentleman. Truly a sad story for the world of cricket after the sad news of Tony Greg's passing away just a copuple of days ago.
