I strongly disagree.
Hansie was involved in match fixing. That nullifies all his cricketing achievements, no matter what, just like Azhar.
Smith is far better in managing his player resources. One of the most shrewd captain around. It was amazing to see how he managed his fast bowlers in the Test series against Aus. He made sure that none of his bowlers are injured or fatigued till the end of the series.
This requires a lot of understanding of players physique and mental strength.
