Now Dhoni will face a strange situation...... where Rahane either an Opener or No.3,4...... is competing with Jadeja (neither a specialist batsman nor a specialist bowler)...... for No.6 spot.....
How can there be competition b/w Specialist batsman(Rahane) and a Bits & Pieces player(Jadeja) for one spot????
king of ranji and a seasoned player like jaffer have to wait again this could have been a good chance if the selectors could have named him in the squad as he is already in the age of retirement.

certainly not a bad idea, but dhavan and sehwag is better or even kohli for opening is not bad
Do not worry Mr Clarke our selectors have helped your team a lot by selecting mostly out of form cricketers. You have the golden opportunity to rout India this time. Bhajji, Sehwag, Ashwin, Jadeja, Murli Vijay, Dinda are all free gifts to you as our BCCI's hospitality. All the best for your team.

all the selected players are good but what about the other players waiting from a long period everyone must get a good chance irrespective of there religion to show there skills and talent to earn name, fame and money.
