People are comparing the Aussies of last decade with the current Indian team. While I don't condone Aussie behavior, at least McGrath and Co. back it up with their performance. What do this new crop of Indians have to show in performance terms? Zero! Let these Indians first perform like Aussies, then the world will definitely call it as "mental disintegration" of the opposition rather than calling it "abusive". Victors determine the view of the world not losers like Indian team.

Well said Lord Prosperity. There are some idiots who think Australia was no.1 due to aggression only :)
Ishant Sharma used some special words at Warner & Kohli told Warner when being slammed to the fence left & right, "talk about your averages". Warner snapped back "we will probably average an extra 10 over in India because the wickets here are a bit lively and the wickets there are a bit flat". Warner also went ahead by saying that Indians had lost the match and series on the first day itself by their body language. This is what pseudo-aggression causes.
There is hope with Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Shami, Irfan Pathan, etc who seem to be better than these pseudo-aggressive creatures.
It is also BCCI's responsibility to handle players properly...apart from providing cricketing training..they should help them to handle pressure also...
Let Pravin/Ishanth/Kohli/Zaheer/Harbhjan/Gambhir be told to mend their on-field behaviors and check their detestable demeanours. Already lots of people started hating these for their unnecessary outbursts on-field.
that he has not playing international otherwise he had would have been more sad, as batsmen would have given him good beating.. Mediocre medium bowler, should be plating in Women's team - 120 km/hr
Did he expect the batsmen to be "sad and hassled" when he used to stare at them foolishly when he beat the batsmen or when his appeals for LBW were turned down?
Pseudo-aggression from Ishant/ Pravin/ Kohli/ Gambhir/ Jadeja have more been a turn-off for themselves rather than the opposition. I wonder if somebody told them that they looked like fools when they display this pseudo-aggression.

it is live coverage in media that makes these never to school guys act in this manner.I hold nothing against people coming from humble background to limelight but certainly have problem with their Un-parliamentery misdemeanors being copied by teenagers

when Aussies do it, we call it aggression but if our players do it we condemn it as peuodo-agression :), why this double standard. We have already seen few domestic umpires accepting bribes to ruin careers of few players. How come an umpire use the term "mentally unfit" for an international player and get him banned...the corporate trophy itself is a joke.. people like Praveen should avoid this kind of tournament..Meanwhile Praveen is very humble, soft-spoken and EDUCATED guy of a small town of UP. please do not comment on anybody without knowing the complete facts..

Amit Kumar, Andre Nel also sledges/stares/acted intimidatingly. But does anyone call it aggression?
And can anybody become no.1 because of aggression alone?

what's wrong with him staring at the Batsmen? All fast bowlers do that to aggravat the batsmen and make em lose their concentration. And Pravin is perfectly ok doing the same as its part of the fast bowlers plan of attack.
What's wrong with Pravin is his off the field conduct. Go on you tube and see him abusing Indian supporters in Aussie and England..

Bhasmasurji, even Zaheer Khan does that. But not for every ball like Pravin, Ishant and Sreesanth. These guys usually overdo this act. And I would like to remind you of Andre Nel of South Africa who did this foolish act. You saw what he had to face? Sreesanth's disco dance :D
& u will know as to what kind of abuses this illiterate from Meerut can shower.India tam has many such new players who do more from talk then deeds that include Ishant,Zaheer,Munaf & now sobered down Virat to name a few.

dont forget that the team of illiterate aussies were no 1 for a long team....for precisely the same reason that they were illiterates and sledged and behaved badly on the field...m
and the monkeygate incident scared them and they stopped sledging and were more well behaved on the field than before...and as a consequence they no longer remained no 1 team...:)
