I have carefully read every comment for this article, no one seems to acknowledge that the same injured fast bowlers will all play in the IPL in 2 months time. All of them will recover miraculously to play 6 weeks of grueling IPL cricket. Wake up INDIAN CRICKET FANS!!!! IPL IS DESTROYING INDIAN CRICKET!!!!

probably u r not aware that neither dindA nor shami is a bengali..in a way u might be right that Bengal has not given too many fast bowlers ..however one 6.2ft bengali fast bowler missed it narrowly few years back-ranadeb Bose..before that S.S.Paul another hefty fellow known as Macho missed it by a whisker...and to keep the record straight u do not need to be tall and well built in order to be good fast bowler..best e.g Bret Lee..all u need to do is to have accuracy and variation..

I think that Ishant, Bhuvneshwar, Ishwar Pande, Dinda, Shami & Dhaval Kulkarni (Mithun, though I do not like his performance so far).

what is the problem you have with b.kumar and shami ahmed they both bowl welled in last series.
