IF YOU LOOK AT THE NOS. OF RUNS MADE,WICKETS & CATCHES TAKEN ,100'S 50'S SCORED BY KALLIS IN ONLY 165 MATCHES & COMPARE SACHIN'S SCORES ETC. MADE IN 200 MATCHES SACHIN STANDS NOWHERE TO KALLIS. KALLIS HAS ANNOUNCED RETIRMENT EVEN HE COULD HAVE STILL PLAYED 2-3 YEARS MORE.BUT SACHIN KEPT ON PLAYING FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS UNNECESSARLY MAKING OTHER YOUNGSTERS CARRIER IN DOLLDRUM, HIS GAME WAS OF SELFISHNESS, WHY HE HAS BEEN HONOURED BHARAT RATTAN IS FOOLISHNESS HE DID NOT DO ANY THING FOR THE COUNTRY RATHER,HE HAS EARNED CRERES & CRORES & ENJOYED FIVR STAR TREATMENT DURING PLAYING.

Kallis is retiring, real sad news for the Game.Greatest All rounder in the present generation and one to the best ever.A real assett for a team and the game. But Why u need to Drag sachin into this.Stop being a maniac Man.And grow up
His records suggest that he has scored as many runs and taken about the same number of catches as Rahul Dravid. He has taken almost same number of wickets as Zaheer Khan. Hence his contribution to his side is more than that of Sachin, Ponting, Warne, Murali or Lara to their respective national teams.

Could not have agreed more.We quite often tend to pass off contributions of other players as our fans & media are so deeply consumed TEAM INDIA.I feel quite privileged to have witnessed Kallis who I wud rate the best allrounder of modern era. Thanks fro the memories and wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
