Now we know why BCCI cancelled the South Africa Tour initially. They were afraid of taking on the might of the SA cricket in the absence of Dravid, Tendulkar, Lakshman and Shreesanth.

Lolz, after the whitewashes it was evident that the trio could no longer bat & field like good old days. They for sure, could not improve the situation.
india lose 2 rating points and SA gain 3 from these two games, although they remain on fifth place with a 2-0 victory (and india remain on top), else they would've moved to 4th place if it were 3-0 . on the other side, pak would be looking to improve its rating in the series vs lanka. as far as batting in odi/tests is concerned, it's good ol' ABD in the top spot in both forms!! what a player..a true matchwinner for SA ever since he entered the scene...ABD lived up to his name this series..while famed indian batters did not (although i can already sense critics saying home series for SA, yeah yeah..ok) fantasting year and end to the year for ABD!!

i'm of the opinion teams should be given more rating gain if they win overseas, at least they should do so in tests cuz every test win overseas is gold!!!...
