Every cricket nation now is a home tiger. Australia lost left and right across the world, not they are unbeatable at home. So was the case with England last year. Newzealand is the same. Very rarely series are won by visiting countries. So there is no harm in preparing conditions which suit your playing style at home. The main difference is that - in a spinning wicket the losses dont look embarrasing. All wickets are caught bat-pad, LBWs, caught behind...etc. Whereas losses in fast wicket looks embarrassing - batsman jumping around, playing and missing a lot, glove coming in front of the face against rising ball.. etc. So its more of embarrassment than the loss.

also the losses in 3 digit is naturally more embarrassing than like the aussie loss of 3-2 or 4-3.

England defeated India in home series - Kudos to team India, who lost test series after many years!
MSD It's better not to speak up and blame others. It's better you lead the team from the front. Pitches are dead in India and it is no use playing on them and winning. Prepare pitches as in Australia & SA and see the difference. It's not worth scoring on dead pitches. Feel sorry for Rohit, Dhawan, Raina, Yuvraj & yourself for not able to face the pace attack of SA.

This is where pujara is the ideal fit for 4 where he can rotate strike and is not a big hitter and set platfor for dhoni to accelarate in last 10 overs. He can bring a perfect solidity for overseas tours where 280 is more than a good score and playing out all 50 overs intelligently is the key.

Excatly my thoughts, there was just one wall, which shone on the last tour Dravid.
Such situation we faced even in the time of gavskar vengaskar vishwanath vadekar tendulkar kapildev.nothing their to lose your heart but dont criticize the players,be cool and learn and teach to develop to face pace attack on fast pitch. In India pitches are dead at the best use full to the spinner.India plays several matches in a year that's too affects the players. They are not machines they are human beings

But please explain how a set of unknown rookie players from Pak actually beat SA in SA in an ODI series just a few weeks ago ? Conclusion: Their batsmen and bowlers , even the unknown ones are probably far better than our hyped up multimillionaire players.
You sacked all the seniors for your comfort. First you sacked Ganguly, then Laxman, Dravid, Sehwag, Gambhir, Zaheer........ why? You want to be the unquestionable leader. But remember that you also will be put in similar position, then you will regret about your past. Dont try to pretend that you are a gentle man. A small piece of advice is that Indian team is not yours alone. It belongs to India and you are only representing India. Dont think that you are India. Try to mix the experience of those cut down by you along with the youth. Success will be Indias'.........................

I am not so sure if BD will be a walk in the park especially if matches are played in Kolkata, Agartala or Gauhati. These will be "home" matches for these bangis.

DHONI IS ONE CULPRIT AND ONE BIG INDIAN BEGGAR AND SACKED LEGNAD,SHEWAG,GANGULY,DRAVID,LAXMAN,SACHIN,YUVI,HARBHJAN,GAMBHIR, AND ZAHEER HE HAS LOT OF EXCUSES SEE THE OTHER CAPTAIN OF TEAM COME IN NO1 AND NO2 TO BAT AND PUT THE RESPONSIBLITES ON OTHER BATSMAN IF WIN HE TAKES THE CREDIT,IF LOOSE THE BLAME BOWLERS AND BATSMAN. HE IS NOT GOOD CAPTAIN AND ALSO SELFISH BEST CAPTAIN IS GANGULY NOT DHONI PL CHECK THE DATE OF BIRTH AS HE IS NOT 32 YEARS AS HE IS 55 YEARS HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS FAKE ONE. WHATEVER HE WORLDCUP 2011 AND T20 WORLDCUP ALL ARE FIXED NOT BY EFFORTS. HE CAN WIN ONLY IN INDIAN GROUND TO MY VIEW THE HE SHOULD NOT AWARD THE ICC PLAYER IT SHOULD BE GIVEN TO CLARKE OR COOK
