is dhoni bying victory for india? then why he cannot win against england, southafrica MS DHONI has lost to england not only in england but also in india. you have know cricket knoladge. if you have carrage list in this forum. victory of any capton essept MS D. but one contision. you should list atleast one victory morethan MS D.

beta sivanandam, dhoni has scored those runs in LESS no of innings than azhar...so the question of not outs does not enter the picture....
similarly when dhoni completed his 6000 runs in odi in that famous wc final match winning innings then also those 6000 runs were made in LESS no of innings than sachin required to complete HIS 6000 odi runs...
btw players like hussey bevan have more not out innings than dhoni...similarly in tests though matt priors average is more than dhoni...he has been not out more no. of times than dhoni...

while if you look at AB D's stats-As captain, De Villiers averages 62.81 in ODIs -- his aggregate being 1696 in 38 matches. you will say wow! what an average...and conveniently forget how many times ABd has remained not out in those innings a whopping 17 times in 38 innings! that nearly 33 % times he remains not out...hence the high average...
but if these stats are against dhoni's name the first thing you people will say he must have many not outs...

sorry again...27 innings he was out that means 11 times not out so like i said nearly 1/3rd times he remains not out...

also if msd bats up the order and opens the innings or comes at no 4 he will have many more runs against his name...just take a look at his scores when he has batted at no 2, 3 or 4 positions in odis...that will make you even more angry and envious of him...
once when sehwag was captain he opened with dhoni in the odis...india scores a little more than 200 runs while dhoni was lone success in that innings with more than 90 runs against his name...

he comes down most of the times because he keeps team's benefit in the mind...he knows that he can score as many runs as sachin dhawan rohti kohli at their places but nobody will be able to do what he does down the order...hence he comes down the order more no. of times for the team's sake...

MS D always think in faver of team. in the last innings simply he can remain not out by not hitting stain. if he remained not out he will hsuverly gets his a centuary. but he always tryde to get runs quickly and got out. MS D. is a capton for victory and not a capton for runs.

well said Sunil, I simply can't understand why people are so dump to go against Dhoni who is a big thing in Indian cricket.He was the answer to Indian Cricket who was searching for a proper wicket keeper batsman which we never had..
