I am not a great fan of Sachin.. but it somewhat makes sense..we already do this for practice matches when India tours some England or viceversa with an idea to get every one warmed up. THis might work as an encouragement for all the 15 selected boys. When we can accept changes at an international level with regards to Power plays and formats why not give this a try in local cricket?
What logic is this?? "My suggestion to MCA is that the inter-school and inter-college matches, instead of 11-player matches, why don't we play 15 players? A young boy wakes up early every day and travels long distance, but still he is not sure whether he will play or not"..
From the former, I understand that 4 people should be taken as spares. From the second sentence it looks as if he is sympathizing with the 4 "dropped" people.. Can any of his fanboys explain without abusing me for being a "blind hater" :)

His Son is in under 14 Team of MCA and in Playing XI of his School Team. His father is Very Much Capable to give Match Practice or Training in England or Australia without wasting time in School Matches.

What he is saying is, instead of 11 players per match, he wants all 15 to play the game. Idiotic decision I say.

What he meant is, A Team may consists of 15 Players. But Out of 15 Players, 11 can only be in Field and only 10 Wickets not 14.
A coach/captain will be able to select their best 9 to Field (out of 15), will be able to use more Bowlers than usual, will be able to use best 11 Batsmen to Bat.
The Game will become more Competitive. ICC did had a rule before (not now), 12 Players Team.

Making the Team to 15 Players, A Team can have more Specialist Batsmen and Specialist Bowlers. This will give chance for 8 Specialist Batsmen in a Bowling Friendly Wicket or 7 Specialist Batsmen in Batting friendly Wicket and 6 Specialist Bowlers in Bowling Friendly or 7 Specialist Bowlers in Batting Friendly wickets.
Moreover 8 Players will get Advantage in a Match. Means, A Match can afford 8 More players than usual.

As a Cricket Lover, I really wish this should implement in IPL with the Cap of 4 Foreign Players. So that will help More Indian uncapped Players to prove their Worth.

lolz, I hope I dint sound like 8hrs GMT aunty with the long question :).. I was expecting replies like "What have you achieved in life?" or "Go get a life loser".. The situation is better than I expected ;)
