Rasool did not do badly at all. He has the potential to be an all-rounder if he is persisted with.

What about our poor kasmiri fellow rasool... he got chance here but failed miserably that shows his selection was political rather than on merit.. our traitor CM is not barking from his A*sH*le mouth now...

CONGRATS TO INDIAN CRICKET AND FELLOW FANS
------
I) INDIA- A TEAM and methodology adopted (touring overseas) is valuable

ii)pls make next steps ??? infusing TECHNOLGIES WITH TRAINING

IV)Construct indoor/outdoor nets for team practise (weather not good ,privacy reasons players practise using indoor nets)

v) BCCI allocate 200 crores for the program

vi) develop indigenious bowling machines that could simulate ,swing plus pace

vii) create competitive tender - outsource
SOFTWARE part to indian ict - tata, wipro ,infy etc
remember TCS did ferrari software

viii) outsource ROBOTICS to IITs plus DRDO as a consortium

This will get the scientific /technological part infused with core training

if BCCI gets it right with CRICKET

WE can then turn those TECHNOLOGIES for
indian hockey
tennis
badminton etc (potentially more )

BCCI has funds ,so it is the time to take this all important second step to bring TECHNOLOGY infusion into indian sports

remember AUSSIES do it at ADELAIDE CRICKET ACADEMY
GERMANY uses scientific coaching for HOCKEY
DUTCH DO IT

SO BCCI should show the way - it has political clout in india (sri sachin tendulkar rajya sabha MP)
-
funds in the bank
----
indias ICT expertise
----
indias defense labs acquiring robotics ,guided missiles ,control systems etc

we can do it ,BCCI go for it
REWARDS WILL BE RICH FOR INDIAN CRICKET AND EVEN INDIAN SPORTS

----
ALL THE BEST TO YOU

INDIAN CRICKET FAN

CONGRATS - BCCI ,COACH PLUS INDIA - A
===
You are on right track next steps
--
i)BCCI allocate funds to infuse TECHNOLOGIES step by step

ii)construct both indoor/outdoor practise nets

iii)equip them with automated bowling machines with robotics

iv)outsource software automation to big 5 indian ICT companies - (TCS,WIPRO,INFY etc) by tender ,remember TCS did software for FERRARI FORMULAE ONE RACING TEAM

v) outsource ROBOTICS TO DRDO labs

this will combine - technology with training
(yoga,meditation ,exercises etc)

I hope ,we can re-invent INDIAN HOCKEY IN THE Same way as well
