It is significant to note that Stuart Broad get away easily after committing deviations regularly. For committing such deviations, other players are punished. What is his strength ? Chris Broad and weak ICC ?

No body can touch or dare insult or put fine on Stuart broad no matter what antics/cheating he does.

His father runs writ in ICC for sure.he is always right even when wrong
