It is proved time and again that India's pool of talent is unfathomable. We have many young cricketers who now need opportunity to prove their mettle. The people at the helm of affairs should discuss as to how this large pool of talented boys should be accommodated. I suggest that we have different captains for different formats of the game. It is not absolutely necessary that we have 33 different people to make up 3 different teams for test cricket. ODI's and T2o's. We can have some of them representing the country in all the different formats of the game. but selectors can experiment by giving chance to as many youngsters as possible so that many youngsters can make good money and enjoy the game too.

I agree. Players like Rahul, Yadav, Unmukt, Aparajit, Juneja, Eshwar Pandey should also get chances when they are in form and confident.
