The fact that young players like Kohli, Raina, Rohit and now Sanju are successful proves that IPL is for young players only. May be Mike Hussay only is an exception in this year's IPL. Sehwag played only one big inning in many matches.

to what i have read, its seems that a player gets paid his contracted price only if he is selected in playing eleven. he may be paid an amount but not auction amount in case if non selection
