Before CSK Badrinath was out the runrate wasin control and what was the hurry in getting him out?, the outcome is a big hitter comes and takes away the match
IPL has crossed the half way mark and now onwards even for the top teams every loss is going to hurt very badly. The top two teams like CSK and RCB though needing only 50% of remaining games to be won to make it to the last four but they could lose the two pole positions of qualifies which gives the advantage of a 2nd chance. On the other hand for teams like RR and SRH the battle has become intense and all the games are going to be make or break games.To-day's battle Royal is going to be very crucial for the RR towards further progress.Punjab will have to work even harder and their chances will depend how MI and KKR perform relatively in the remaining matches.MI could still manage to scrape through but for KKR every match now onward are going to be match of attrition and will have to win 6 out of the remaining 7 matches.Bisla's form against CSK was quite encouraging and he will have to fire if KKR to have any semblence of chance to defend their title.
What is this hype about Home and Away ? All matches are in India ? Now pitches do differ but there is no significant difference to make a fuss about it!
In 20/20 pitch should hardly matter. Even lamest groundsmen should certify a pitch to last 40 overs!

If you would have understood the real meaning of home pitch. Mumbaikars were booing Virat, because he ran out Ambati Rayudu, who is Telugu playing for home team Mumbai Indians. When it comes to home, Dhoni is loved by everyone in Tamil Nadu, because he captain's CSK and whenever he plays in Chennai the entire crowd support him. Rahul Drawid is liked by everyone in Rajastan. That is how cricket is played. For Chriss Gayle he is from WI, but when he plays in Bangalore, the crowds likes like entertainment. That is called home ground advantage.
