It is very surprising that Manoj Tiwari is going to England for his ACL surgery when top class surgeons like Dinshaw Paridwala in Mumbai and Pushpinder Singh Bajaj in Delhi are avialable. It basically shows that we cannot grow over the slavery of white skin.
