Even though Pune has won the last game after having lost 11 consecutive games, it won't be easy for them to beat MI because the latter only has 2 weak players on field who are considered to be the STRONGEST & the combination has been renamed as PONDULKAR. They might click today & even if they don't MI has nothing to worry because Dinesh Kartik, Keiron Pollard, Rohit Sharma & Ambati Rayudu are in good form. Bhajji has shwon patience with the bat against CSK so there is someone to bat at lower order as well who can score at faster rate. Bowling has been good with Lasith Malinga, Bhajji, Ojha, Pollard.
So MI has an advantage but then 20-20 game is different as anything can happen with one good or one bad over.

During the last 2 matches, our Ten..dulkar was run out. He has to admit and play as per his age of 40. Now he got his son Arjun in field and please save the viewers from further punishment, seeing old man running around.

Like sachin millian of his fans like to see him palying he should play as long as he enjoys playing we would love to see him and enjoy every moment of him playing
of Sachin or Ponting in recent lot of players. Crucial catch taken by Ponting or timing of Sachin and their presence on the ground, there are more fit players than so many so called young players playing in IPL.
Ponting or Sachin or both. They are proving to be the weak link in team. They are selecting the team to attract the crowd, not to win the matches. Also, what's the point in paying Glenn Maxwell 1 million dollars to sit on the bench.

In a Pro tournament like this...if you cannot attract crowds ...whats the point in winning? It will be a practical error to drop these oldies..
Its actually a win win siuation for all.. MI wants them in the team and so does their opponents...

Sachin is taking middle stump guard these days having changed over from his old leg stump guard. Giving him better response time no doubt but the opponent will try to bowl at him and get him trapped lbw as they did last occasion thou camera showed that the ball was going down the leg stump.

Crowd is attracted by the champions & also champions are required for wining matches.

You are right. To make it more simpl.... let us take an example of any matinee idol , like Shahrukh khan... Wherever he goes his presence is enough to attract crowd .. not that he has to show his acting calibre on stage but if he does it .. it is all the way 'sone me suhaga'... In other words it is brand value which works and comes in to play...
Same thing holds good for Master, Punter,....,..., etc
Inter-alia, there it is win-win situation for organizer/Owner as well.... (Shankar)
