Such on-field indiscipline are very serious matter to be dealt with sternly. The shameful Gambhir-Virat incident was waiting to happen given that many times in the past these very two sr players have been caught on the camera and it was not difficult to make out from the 'lip reading' what they were mouthing ---the usual Punjabi slang uttered with a B*.....on the Delhi roads! I distinctly remember during one such occasion in the past a cricket legend in the commentary box exclaimed..Areh ! Both of them vice captains and aspiring to become Captain of the national side, what sort of example are they setting for youngsters ? It is time for the IPL GC to alert the field umpires to be on their toes and ask the match referee not to put up with any such nonsense. Undoubtedly the other day at Bangaluru the two of them were let off lightly. At least one match ban should have been enforced. Playing hard cricket not necessarily implies hurling abuses in front of cameras beaming live pictures in million homes. Unless this tendency is nipped in the bud it could jeopardize the very game itself.

Sreesanth was slapped & Bhajji was punished. All got over five years ago. So what was the need for Sreesanth to come forward with his claim after 5 years? Moreover why now?
Is he aware of the fact that basis his recent claim Bhajji has the advantage to sue the committee & claim defamation charges? Is he willing to settle the claim, if made by Bhajji based on Sreesanth's claim?
Sreesanth says that it was preplanned. Can he justify why would someone preplan to slap him?
It all sounds so silly that he now wants the tape to be made public. Let us agree with him and let us watch the tape. If what he says is proved correct, then what should Bhajji do to the committee who punished him? Moreover what compensation is Sreesanth prepared to pay for the defamation of Bhajji?
If taken seriously the case is not so easy & can create havoc but then it would be against a powerful body who has already taken appropriate action then required against the incident that took place.
all I can see is that this is an advantage to Bhajji. Let us wait and see.

if sreesanth had put a case in high court, then bhajji would be in the jail. he did not put a case because bhajji would have pleaded.

North Indian people are very racist!
They treat anyone with a darker complexion than them as a pick pockets or a petty thieves!
A North Indian lady in my neighborhood in Delhi was overhead telling her children not to play with her South Indian neighbor's children because it would turn them into "dark" people!
Even while talking to South Indians, North Indians talk like to them from a distance like South Indians have some contagious disease!
Sreesanth should put this incident behind him and concentrate on his game!
Fighting with (North Indian) people who have the IQ of insects is a complete waste of time and energy!

Ours in a wonderful country and such posts should not be made public as it is just one such incident and 120 crore cannot be judged by the behaviour of an individual.

I wonder why the public is keeping quiet and Government is not paying attention.
BCCI should have appointed a special committee to look into the matter. They could have taken the help of CBI in the investigation.
All the old photographs and videos can be studied in detail - frame by frame.
At every angle they should stop and examine the movement of elbow and hand to find out which part came in contact with Sreesanth.
They should also examine the medical records available and check if Sreesanth had complained of injuries and if so what type ( whether it was burning of skin because of slap or whether it was pain in the bone, etc ) and a leading doctor can be appointed for medical opinion.
Government can also send a Supreme Court judge to adjudicate the matter.
To sum no effort should be spared. The best medical experts, the best investigative agency, the best equipment, the best legal professionals should be deplaoyed, for conducting this enquiry no matter what time and expense. Once done the matter should be printed in elaborate and published in ALL the leading newspapers on the FRONT PAGE. The campaign should run for at least ONE MONTH so that the ENTIRE population of India is educated of this highly important and vital truth. If possible the matter may also be published in some of the other leading newspapers of other countries especially crickeet playing countries.

you are right. Its to be done on urgent basis and even the the parliament should arrange a special session of all minister to argue on this issue as two most important Indian - Sreesanth & Harbhajan are involve in a very very important incident which is more important to nation than the other issues in the nation.
And also the Indian media should be awarded the highest award available internationally for giving publicity to such important news in India

Not enough! Since our Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Mr. President and the entire legal system has no other better work, the matter should be referred to the United Nations Security Council and to the US of A to study the consequences of "if sanctions are imposed on Harbhajan". Sibal and gang along with Khurshid should be empanelled to defend Bhaji ... and this rant from Holistcow will continue ....
