This is just unacceptable behavior on the part of Virat. He is either seen mouthing abuses at his own players or berating & threatening the opposition. His terrible attitude is overshadowing his incredible talent. He is unable to handle the pressures of being a celebrity which is surprising since he has played in the company of stalwarts like Dravid, Tendulkar, Laxman, Dhoni etc. known for their exemplary on field behavior & not for antics. This also is an indication of his immature style & only a morally & financially bankrupt fool like Vijay Mallaya could appoint him as captain. Anyway he can bid good bye to being captain of the Indian team unless he improves his behavior. Also may I add that Gambhir is no paragon of virtue since he is also a history sheeter in terms of vile on field behavior.

This is what Delhi Culture.Send him to kolkata. We will make him e perfect bhadrolok.
Kohli is arrogant to the core He is the future Captain of India and he needs to temper his attitude Someone should punish him hard so that he becomes more ground to earth and becomes captian India one day
I was actually at the stadium and had a whale of a time watching RCB win and watch gayle hit those monstrous sixes. And whats wrong with a bit of aggression on the field? It shows that IPL is not micky mouse cricket as some of its detractors(a few of them) call it, and say its bad for the game and stuff. ANd Virat is one of the best playing, and Gambhir has been a great servant of Indian cricket(i hope people havent forgotten the 97 in the wc final). These guys deserve better than people having a go at them for showing a bit of passion. And btw, this is nothing compared to how the Aussies have behaved over the years, with their so-called mental disintegration. So if they can do it, so can we. Anyway, these guys are our countrys future captains, so it can only be good for India in the long run. So chill out guys, and let the next game begin!!

Nisha from your earlier posts you come across as a sensible person but this seems strange that you are actually endorsing bad behavior. Virat & Gambhir should have been benched for at least 2/3 matches. They are sending out wrong signals to budding cricketers that it is alright to misbehave on the field. IPL is mickey mouse cricket since they are unable to take a stand & simply issuing warnings is not going to change anything. Both these players would have been booked severely by the ICC if they had behaved like this in a Test match (which by the way is not mickey mouse cricket).

nisha...being aggressive and being abusive are two different things...similarly showing passion and misbehaving are two poles apart....the all conquering westindian team of teh 80s never used to abuse teh players ... tehy just used to play aggressively...but am not surprised with ur comments...normally girls like IPL for teh glam quotient and u are no different so am not surprised with your ZERO levels of understanding on real cricket and micky mouse cricket.....

@Nisha, there is a lot of differance between passion and gentlemanship, as cricket is a gentleman's game and passison is something differant. After all when we play cricket, ensure that CRICKET win
kohli will go sreesanth way. sree has a lot of potential is far better than dindas awanas etc but this over the top aggression has seen him out of indian team. kohli is digging his own grave.
Men should NOT fight men, we should instead fight only with women. Women are stealing our rights by way of reservations, special provisions in law, women favoring law etc.
Men should be united. Do not fight for such silly games. Learn from our guru Mr Dhoni, how cool he is on field.
