sir jadeja was the man of tournament for T 20 in england and carribean. he scored 25 off 35 ball in T20 match(?) in England (India lost by 03 runs) and generously gave six consecutive sixes in his bowling in two overs. such a great all rounder. when he bats, he seems a better blower and when he bowls he seems better batsmen.

Look at last two Test series against Eng. and Aussi. Sir Jadeja's fielding was best in a team. His bowling is better than Ashwin, Harbhajan and Ojha ( Check stats of Avg and strike rate of bowling )
He gave some batting glimps as well. like 43, 32 runs. Though he has not get any chance up the order of no. 3 and no. 4
So he has talent and that is why Dhoni is supporting him.
I am agree with you that he is not T20 Material, but in ODI and Test he is much better than many great .

Personally speaking ..i'm more concerned about Test&ODI cricket.Did u ppl see the way our much famed batting line up struggled against the PAK bowlers in the ODIs.Performing consistently against a quality opposition is a true test of a player/team.Lets see how well Team India performs in SA.

yes he has talent but what talent politicain dhoni has? He has not played a songle match winning inning outside asia in any format of game or no century even after playing 8 overseas series. He is simply a flat track bulley & master manipulator. Dinesh kartik far better batsman & keeper than dhoni

he is still better tha useless dhoni. Dhoni slow inning in all match of 2009 & 2010 T-20 wcup ensured india early exit in 1st round
Ok..So..M.S.Dhoni is cool under pressure,he is a good captain,match winner in one day and T20 formats and capable in tests at no 7 and his humour sense is also well appreciated but.....tat doesnt change the fact thatJadeja,Raina are not of test class ....they are there only cause tey play for csk and have the backing of Srinivasan and Dhoni....Rainas technique at test level has been exposed and jadeja is not a test batsmen or bowler....now its a different matter if you play on pitches which look like they have been dug...with loose soil all over...against a very weak opposition..... He will also go the irfan pathan ,ajit agarkar way...both of whom were touted as the next kapil....but sadly couldnt even become a bowler nor a batsman..the same will happen with Jadeja....!
Too early to even comment. Jokes apart. I still remember the number of catches he dropped and how we lost matches in New Zealand. A few achievements should not be used to elevate him to that level.
