Polard

The decission to send Pollard down the order cost the match. He should be at One down, So that he gets the maximum number of overs to play. Also Sachin or Ponting, one of them need to fire to maintain the run rate.

You mean young guns like rohit and rayadu who ensured run rate never picks up and nailed the coffin for MI.
When SRT and Punter were batting they put on 50 in 7 overs which is great, that meant only 107 was to be made in 13 overs with RR of 8.23 which is nothing.
They should have sent pollard ahead of rayadu, but then, rayadu is to blame, he should have thrown his wicket if he was not able to score. He looked like interested in taking singles only

Mumbai Indians must drop Sachin . Its big time that he should go out of all the 3 formats . Due to Sachin , the run rate of Mumbai Indians is affected . They are also making a big mistake by playing Pollard at seven down position. It is ridiculuous . Pollard should bat at 1 or 2 down position for MI .

Actually when Sachin was playing RR was up above 7. After he departed it hardly touch 7 (till Karthik fired up.)

I agree to point that Pollard should come up in order. Sharma and Rayudu wasted deliveries there.

But the main difference between two teams was the last over. For MI it was Munaf who bowled last one, result was confirmed there itself.

I fully agreed with u. MI lost was due to Munaf. He don't have cricketing brain. He bowled 6 deliveries away out side off stump even every ball sent to the fence. He should be out from Indian Cricket forever.Look at his body language. Other such AS HO in MI is Rohit Sharma. It is high time to drop them from all formats of the game.

Well, i am sure you play baseball and mistake it for crciket :)
Sachin scored pretty well yesterday. Ensured a good partnership with punter. 50 runs in 7 overs is not bad at all when you are chasing 156.
Rohit and Rayadu are to be blamed, rayadu in particular, he was always content in taking singles, he should have thrown his wicket trying to loft the ball, there were plenty to bat after him
