How can a bowler "break" the non-striker stumps? Maybe he can hit the wicket and dislodge the bails! Also, how will this rule affect when the bowler tries to "mankad" the runner? Every rule framed seems to be in favour of batsman and nothing for the bowlers now a days.

Even when the guy is in, the bowler can argue that he was just trying to 'mankad' if he breaks the wicket..

dont think too much...in any case for mankad, the ball will not reach batsman and there is no question of count of the ball...
If this rule was in place earlier, McGrath would probably have been the worst bowler of our times. His whole edge came from bowling stump to stump, and he broke the bails almost every over.

Are you like 8 - 9 years old ?? Mcgrath was a bowler who knew where the stumps was,in his entire career he hardly broke the bails.
