Neelu sinha
sack dhoni as captain
by Neelu sinha on Sep 30, 2012 01:01 PM

autocratic approach of dhoni divided the team as he thinks nobody can do anything to him as he is an agent to srinivasan BCCI president. he should remember 11players are playing the game.luck has got some limitation to dhoni.the gambling of dhoni understood by other captain.please play for india and dont sidetrack the talent.

wrong captain
by bob dsouza on Sep 30, 2012 12:47 PM

Dhoni a excellent player, infact among the very best ODI and T20 player but is not a good thinker of the game .Not playing Sehwag will be a very big blunder .Pakistan or any other team will be very happy if he is not playing as he has a big psychological advantage over the bowlers even before they bowl a ball at him

Thats not the case, why would Gahmbir underperform as only if he performs well he is the one tobe nominated as captain of India after Dhoni.

Dhoni and Politics
by naveen akash on Sep 30, 2012 11:02 AM  | Hide replies

Dhoni was exuberant, open minded in the early part of his captaincy. However the days passed by, he is promoting some undeserving players such as piyush chawla who is an unsuccesful bowler, rohit sharma who does not have even the basic technique. On the other hand he drops the greatest match winning batsman - Virender sehwag. Dhoni did this in vb series, in the early part of the 2011 world cup. Its High time to sack Dhoni from captaincy in the t-twenty format

you can call sehwag a match winning batsman in tests... when did he become a match winning batsman in T20? even in cb series which i think you mean i.e. triangular series we won it in best of 3 finals despite sehwag being injured most of the tournament...

it has become a fashion to criticise dhoni since he became so successful and eclipsed sachin in popularlity and earnings....

All you said is correct except Rohit Sharma. He & Virat are most talented players. Rohit is going through a bad phase...doesn't mean he is bad player. He is going to be one of the best batsman India has produced

It is not Sehwag's fault to skip practice sessions
by Bharat on Sep 30, 2012 10:37 AM  | Hide replies

Probably Media is trying to create this impression.

If he is sure he is in, he would have practised.

Even otherwise does a lion need practice?

No Sehwag No match

Are BCCI, Selectors and seniour cricketers in the Media SLEEPING?

Why don't they rough up Dhoni?

Is he the ultimate BOSS?
