Its time to replace old guns like Gambhir,Sehwag with young guns like Rahane should take over with chand at top Order with the middle order fill with Kohli,Rayudu,Raina,Yuvraj,Rohit / Dhoni/ Dinesh Kaarthick along with 3 fast bowlers in S.Aravind,Irfan Pathan etc.When new team is set with a new look team for t20,it reduces the load of old guns in Sehwag and ghambhir ,that they can concentrate on ODI's and Tests. Dont bring old guns who are sloppy in fielding into the team.A new young and Energitic team is required to win T.20. Request Sachin and Zaheer to take over as Batting and Bowling coach apart from their role in the team.When this one is done , in next Few Years after Sachin's and Zaheer's retirement the void will not be seen. Its right time to groom youngsters under Sachin / Zaheer / Kumble in respective areas.If the team should win more matches,reduce expectations to nil. When India comes in as a Dark Horse, they can win T20 WC[eg.2007],if you start expecting them,they choke more.

Oh your comment is too good. Sehwag is a world class batsmen. better than dhoni. You want dhoni, raina, chand, aswin, dinesh karthik, already balaji is in. what the hec is going on? Is this team India or Team Tamilnadu or CSK?. I am also from Chennai (you know what Dinesh karthik is good keeper and batsmen but will never be in the squad, because of dhoni politics.) vazgha tamil.
Indian cricket team at this moment is behaving like Sensex .In sensex we find few sectors performing and others pulling the market down .Similarly in Indian cricket team we find few players pulling us down and is undoing the work done by others . Gambhir is really struggling and we need to play an extra bowler in place of him to bolster our bowling attack.With runs in warm up matches , rohit has fixed his place in the tournament . There needs to be some measure of consistency in performances of Gambhir and sehwag . We just cant take sehwag in team because of his dashing image in world cricket and the perception that he will win match single handedly once in six months . Bowling needs some more expert personnels . We cant win world cup based on four overs of good bowling from part timers..they will be hammered..also it brings us down to the fact that dhoni is not a good captain in neutral conditions where ball doesnt spin and turn much. In those condtns like india , dhoni is unbetable captain . But in neutral sporting pitches like in srilanka , he is a mere spectator sometimes with his bowling changes as pakistan showed ystrday.He runs out of ideas and gets tensed and panicks a lot , even in warm up match like yesterday.
