Murali Vijay does not have potential to play at this level.. Thus Gauti cannot be replaced by Murali...

Why are we talking regionaism here ? Somebody wants Tamilnadu players, somebody wants Delhi players. I think we should select the best INDIAN team rather than follow quota system. From the above messages, I get a feeling that Neela and ranga want Tamil players because probably they are themselves from Tamilnadu. Isn't it ? You guys are very very bad.
The "Has beens" like balaji, bantabajan and zaheer contributed to yesterdays defeat...plus we were playing only with 10 players ...gumbeer is a passenger.
India is the only side in this tournament without a fast bowler. All we have is a good mix of slow spinners (Ashwin, Harbajan) and fast spinners (Zaheer, Balaji, Pathan).

Even Medium Spinner - Praveen kumar is quite accurate. The only genuine fast bowler we have is Umesh Yadav, who for reasosn best known to selection committe was dropped.

how many years you watch cricket.??? Zaheer and Pathan are fast spinner? First time I am hearing this phrase. Have u not seen pathan picking wickets ??? It's our bad luck that day ....

Whast has picking wickets got to do with pace??? anyone who bowls at 130 kmph, can't be a pace bowler.
Team is full of spinners we need fast bowlers to win T20 cup. Yesterday we were playing with 5 spinners 1.Zaheer, 2. Irfan, 3. Balaji, 4.Bhajji and 5. Aswin. If a fast bowler cant bowl over 120 he is nothing but a spinner! And that Balajis fastest was 119.
No doubt, Team India will come good as the tournament progresses, provided its leading members play as a team without having feeling of jealousy towards the successful players including the captain. They should not resort to leg-pulling tactics to get captaincy changed. In case of debacle, BCCI also should analyse reason and reprimand deliberately failed players, rather than go for change in the captancy. They should make this point known to the team well in advance so that every member plays with team-spirit.
