It is good to see Dhoni coming good in the practice match after that unproductive ‘plodding’ of his in the last match with NZ. It was really silly losing the match with six wickets in hand ! It is not IPL, Dhoni cannot afford such luxuries of ‘fine cutting’ to last over or delivery finish in the T20 WC. Dhoni coming above is right but if he should not slowdown beyond a point and it is better he gets out accelerating for likes of Rohit, Tiwary,Pathan, etc. to finish the job. Yuvraj is another important factor and if he clicks the chances of India winning improves by several notches. However too much hype about Yuvi may prove distraction away from team India performance. Yuvi should be treated like any other normal player by everybody—team members, management, commentators, fans and above all by the media .Drop him if he fails and support him if he performs but don’t bring his illness part into the game at all. The commentators and media have to be retrained at all times to avoid the emotional angle.Bowling looks better than expected and the conditions seem to be better suited to pacers. So Irfan Pathan will be the key around whom others like Balaji, Dhinda,Ashwin, Bhajji etc. have to supplement suitably depending on the ‘wicket fall’ situation. India must make it to Semis at least given their potential. No excuse for not making it to the last four please. After that all the four could claim the Cup.
Can India win the T20 WC is the question everybody asking ?After winning the inaugural Cup in 2007 India's performance in the subsequent events in 2008 and 2010 were not worth remembering. India are the current 50 Overs Champions won last yr in 2011 but still somehow doubts seems to be creeping in the minds of everybody including those of the players .Such doubts and lack of confidence is reflected the way Ashwin is trying to make it look difficult. Whatever he means by saying that they have started the preperations just 3-4 days back and that they are switching over from Test format to T20 now ? Trying to build up some excuse in advance for likely failure if at all it happens ? Neither BCCI looks confident the way they asked the team to stick to old jersy to get benefit of some lucky charm! Perhaps it is the nature of T20 game full of unpredictability which is making them a bit unsure. Moreover all the teams look greatly improved and seem to stand a chance and perhaps that is why team India wants to be cautious For team India the opening pair of Sehwag and Gambhir are yet to fire and perhaps that is why Dhoni is not able to bank on a 5 bowler 6 batters combo straight away. Further, even Gambhir is becoming tentative because of Sehwag’s uncertainity. So, in case Sehwag doesn’t click in the few initial matches it will be better to play Virat Kohli at the top to give stability and confidence to Gambhir. With a good start India’s chances are bright.

I dont endorse some members of Sharanu's team, but strange to know that Gambhir/Raina/Yuvraj/Kohli/Dhoni/Pathan/Chawla/Zaheer are VadaSambhar :):)
At last Indian team is settled nicely under dhoni's captaincy. He knows how to use Ashwin who is very good at both ball and bat. Let us not disturb the team.

Ashwin prego?? :) And Harbhajan is a peter-out by that standards. I am a fan of Harbhajan even today, but learn to accept that everybody has a lifespan. Learn to appreciate youngsters.
